Livestock Shipping:
Coastal Clownfish NC orders are charged a $50.00 flat rate shipping charge for UPS Next Day Air.
DOA Guarantee:
Must accept the package on the first delivery attempt. If fish arrive DOA pictures of items in original packaging must be provided within 1 hour of delivery. Credit or replacement (if applicable) will be issued. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on replacement items. Coastal Clownfish NC. is not responsible for DOA due to shipping delays caused by the carrier.
